About Me! Who Am I?

Hi I’m Morgan Smith. A mother, sleep coach and licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in child development and somatic psychology.

As a therapist, I know the impact a lack of sleep can have on a person, a family system and on a babies sense of emotional regulation, neurodevelopment and physical development. It's enormous. Therefore once I witnessed my sisters families world change for the better after working with a sleep coach with their 9 month old daughter (12 years ago), I was determined to learn everything that I could about infants & toddlers and sleep. I became passionate about supporting families to create healthy environments for our little one's and sleep is a huge component to health and well-being. Sleep coaching has been a part of my therapy practice ever since!

And now I have officially launched The Rested Baby Sleep Program and I cannot wait to grow our community. This program allows me to be able to work with and support as many families as I can.
